   As with most things, we do this a bit differently from others. Because of this, recruiting and choosing the right members is a difficult process for us. We demand the best people that the paranormal field has to offer.

Maybe that's you.

   There are a lot of groups out there that will take anyone regardless of their drive, or even interest in the paranormal. Maybe they've watched a few television shows, and thought it'd be fun to dabble a little. Some groups have no standards. We're looking for members who are a little more serious than that.

   When I say, "BEST", it has nothing to do with skill. It has nothing to do with 'feeling energies' or paranormal experience. When we say that we want the "best", it means dependable, kind, friendly, and professional people that are determined, and committed to investigate some spooky stuff, have fun doing it, and bring their heart & soul along for the ride.

   All of our members each have their own responsibilities that they work on when we're not in the field. Each person pulls their weight to help each other, and the rest of the team. NOBODY in our crew is just a number. We've all become friends. This isn't just a team to me, and I hope I can speak for every one of our other members. This has become more.

We're looking for people who are PROACTIVE, open-minded, capable, and enthusiastic about being a part of that team.

The form below is our application for those of you that wish to join our paranormal investigation team. It's 20 questions designed to get to know you a little better, and to understand your views on the paranormal. Please note that there are no right, or wrong answers. NO ONE answer will qualify, nor disqualify you from membership. If you don't have an answer to a question, just skip the question, and move on to the next, or you can have fun with the question, and answer with a joke or something.

There are a few links, and pictures in the application. We've set it up so they open in a new window, and won't erase your answers. If at any time feel that you don't want to finish the application, or are bored by it, you are welcome to scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the "Submit Form" button. We'll make our decision based on what you've finished

	Your Name: Please let us know your name.
	Age: Give us an idea of how old you are. You don't have to be specific as we know that some are sensitive on the issue, but you MUST be at least 18.
	Location: Please tell us what city & state you are in.
	Contact Information: Please give us all information on the best way for us to contact you. For example, your Email address would work, or telephone number if you feel comfortable with it.
	Forum Name: It is required that all members keep in touch on our message board. This is how we coordinate efforts, and get to know one another. If we cannot get to know you on our forum, we will not be able to trust you enough to join us on an investigation, and you will not be joining our team. What is your user name on our message board?
	Desired Position: There are certain positions that we are recruiting for. They are listed HERE. Which one are you interested in?
	Why?: Why do you think that you would be the right person for that particular position?
	Why are you interested in investigating the paranormal?: Briefly give us an idea as to why you've decided to get involved with paranormal studies.
	Have you ever been a member of any other paranormal based teams, or organizations?: Many people have joined other groups before discovering us. What about you?
	Which group were you involved with?: If you answered yes to the previous question, please list the groups you have joined. If you answered no to the previous question, you are welcome to leave this one blank, or use it as scratch paper.
	How did that work out for you?: If you have been involved in other groups, were they kind to you? Did you like their methods? Did you learn anything? Briefly tell us your experience with them. If you have not been involved with any other groups, you're welcome to leave this one blank, or even type something silly.
	Why Beyond Paranormal Investigations?: There are a TON of paranormal societies, teams and organizations in the area. Why do you wish to join US instead of one of them?
	How do you feel about using dowsing rods or pendulums on an investigation?: Some use these tools as often as an EMF detector, or even a flashlight. How do YOU feel about them?
	How about Ouija Boards?: How would you feel if you were on a team, and they started using a Ouija Board as one of their methods?
	How about Psychics, Mediums, or Sensitives?: MANY groups have members with some sort of extra sensory perception, and use their abilities on investigations. How do you feel about this?
	How do you feel about 'provoking'?: During an investigation, many groups attempt to 'provoke' a ghost to do something, usually with unfriendly, or insulting words. Some teams feel it's a means to get what they need to help the client. Others feel it's disrespectful, and should not be done. How do YOU feel about it?
	How would you handle this situation?: A client tells you that her place is haunted. Her cat sees ghosts, and is constantly running around the house like a maniac. She decided to take a picture of her cat while he was looking at a ghost. She shows you a picture, and asks you your opinion. What do you tell her? (Click here to look at the picture.)
	How would you describe your beliefs in the paranormal?: Are you cynical, and mostly a disbeliever? Do you find yourself wanting to believe, but waiting for something to MAKE you believe? Are you a skeptic, who believes in the phenomenon, but not it's witnesses? Are you a believer who usually believes stories you hear? What are your beliefs, and attitude toward the paranormal?
