   On most of our pages you'll find long descriptions of our opinions and ideas. If you're reading this page, it's pretty good chance that you're in need of assistance. We'll to get right to point.

   When preparing to do an investigation we have a two priority objectives. One is to scientifically prove or disprove a haunting. Another is to obtain evidence for study, to help ourselves and others understand the truth pertaining to the paranormal.

   If you need help, and were to contact us, these priorities become a distant second. The first and only relevant priority is helping you with your problem.

Information & What to Expect Of A Beyond Investigation
This is a short explanation of how we conduct our investigations, and what to expect when contacting us.

We are available for investigations in your home or place of business, and in public locations as well.

After receiving your initial email or phone call, our case manager, or team leader will promptly get in touch with you via your preferred contact method to further discuss your situation.

Your privacy will be respected. All interviews with those involved, meetings, and research will be conducted observing confidentiality and discretion. Certain forms will need signed releasing you of all liability, as well as giving permission to enter the premises.

Following or even during the interviews, we conduct a visual survey of the location, as well as meter readings to prepare for the investigation. This helps us to make a game plan for "hot-spots" and camera placing.

The evening of the investigation, we will arrive at the agreed time, and set up our surveillance equipment. If you are worried about the neighbors minding their own business, and discretion is an issue, we'll make additional plans to keep your privacy a priority.

On the night of the investigation, we request to keep bystanders to a MINIMUM. The more people there,(family/friends) the more distractions, and the better the chance we'll have contaminated evidence, or none at all. A lot of bystanders make it hard or impossible to do our job effectively, if at all. We are not there for entertainment.

In some investigations, it may only be necessary to investigate for only a few hours. Other investigations may take longer. The length of the investigation will be discussed during the interview process, and determined by the amount of work that needs done. If you wish the investigation to be completed by a specific time, then that's exactly what we'll do. Naturally, if the investigation is cut short, the less data will be collected, and the less we'll be able to learn.

We understand that paranormal events CAN happen during daylight hours, however we prefer to investigate at night. We also request that you allow us to shut off the lights in the location, and make things as dark as possible. We use infrared cameras that work best, and produce better results in very low light conditions.

Upon completion, we will review all collected data, and disclose all of our findings to you, if any, and give you copies of anything interesting collected.

After we discuss our report with you, and explain our findings, you may decide that you would like another investigation done. It's also possible for you to decide that we've satisfied your reasons for contacting us. You may decide that you want some religious or spiritual council. Whatever you decide, we're committed to helping you carry out your decision if at all possible.

We DO NOT use any paranormal methods of investigation. Paranormal methods include, Ouija Boards, pendulums, mediums, seances, psychics, and dowsing rods.

We DO NOT preform exorcisms. We DO NOT cleanse homes of spirits. We DO NOT bless homes. We Investigate. We analyze data, and report our findings. We promise no spiritual outcome.

Donations are welcomed, but not necessary. All research, correspondence, and investigations are 100 percent free of charge. We will never ask you for any type of compensation for our work. Satisfaction in helping others, and the opportunity to learn is its own payment.
