Do you need help with a possible haunting in your home or business?

On most of our pages you'll find long descriptions of our opinions and ideas. If you're reading this page, it's pretty good chance that you're in need of assistance. We'll to get right to point.

When preparing to do an investigation we have a two priority objectives. One is to scientifically prove or disprove a haunting. Another is to obtain evidence for study, to help ourselves and others understand the truth pertaining to the paranormal.

If you need help, and were to contact us, these priorities become a distant second. The first and only relevant priority is helping you with your problem.

Investigation Information

This is a short explanation of how we conduct our investigations, and what to expect when contacting us. To contact us, please scroll down to the bottom section.

We are available for investigations in your home or place of business, and in public locations as well.

After receiving your initial email, our case manager will promptly get in touch with you via your preferred contact method to further discuss your situation.

Your privacy will be respected. All interviews with those involved, meetings, and research will be conducted observing confidentiality and discretion.

Following or even during the interviews, we conduct a visual survey of the location, as well as meter readings to prepare for the investigation. This helps us to make a game plan for "hot-spots" and camera placing.

The evening of the investigation, we will arrive at the agreed time, and set up our surveillance equipment. If you are worried about the neighbors minding their own business, and discretion is an issue, we'll make additional plans to keep your privacy a priority.

We DO NOT use any paranormal methods of investigation. Paranormal methods include, Ouija Boards, pendulums, mediums, seances, psychics, and dowsing rods.

In some investigations, it may only be necessary to investigate for only a few hours. Other investigations may take longer. The length of the investigation will be discussed during the interview process, and determined by the amount of work that needs done. If you wish the investigation to be completed by a specific time, then that's exactly what we'll do. Naturally, if the investigation is cut short, the less data will be collected, and the less we'll be able to learn.

Upon completion, we will review all collected data, and disclose all of our findings to you, as well as give you copies of everything collected, and a copy of our official report.

After we discuss our report with you, and explain our findings, you may decide that you would like another investigation done. It's also possible for you to decide that we've satisfied your reasons for contacting us. You may decide that you want some religious or spiritual council. Whatever you decide, we're committed to helping you carry out your decision.

Although we handle things scientifically, we realize that nothing is a simple black or white issue. Most of our members have very strong religious and spiritual beliefs. We believe in the possibility of paranormal activity. We're not out to prove you wrong. Our goal is simple. We want to find the truth, whether it be normal or paranormal, help you understand it, and deal with it.

Donations are welcomed, but not necessary. All research, correspondence, and investigations are 100 percent free of charge. We will never ask you for any type of compensation for our work. Satisfaction in helping others, and the opportunity to learn is its own payment.

You may expect a reply from our Case Manager within 48 hours. You must be legal owner/tenant of the house or business in question, and must be over 18 years old.
